Olawale has experience advising on cross-border transactions and market entry into Nigeria, including regulatory and licensing matters. He also advises organisations on data protection and privacy compliance.

He has advocacy and litigation experience in Nigeria, having represented clients before courts at various levels. This experience informs his approach to transactional work and enables him to identify and address potential legal risks at an early stage.

Olawale holds an LL.M in International Banking and Financial Technology Law from the University of Bradford and an LL.B (Hons) from Ajayi Crowther University. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and is currently pursuing qualification as a solicitor of England and Wales through the SQE.

His dispute resolution practice includes commercial and energy disputes, debt recovery, insolvency proceedings, banking-related litigation and employment disputes. He has represented clients before courts and tribunals at various levels in Nigeria, including the Federal High Court, National Industrial Court and Court of Appeal, and provides strategic advice on litigation, risk management and dispute resolution.

Sydney also advises on corporate and commercial transactions, contracts, corporate governance, legal due diligence and regulatory matters. His cross-border experience includes advising clients on U.S. immigration matters, including family and employment-based applications, asylum and relief from removal, naturalisation and work authorisation.

He holds an LL.M in International Banking and Financial Technology Law from the University of Bradford and brings strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills to complex matters. His approach combines careful legal analysis with a practical focus on protecting clients' interests and achieving effective outcomes.

As a Certified Data Protection Officer, he advises organisations on privacy governance, data processing, data subject rights, data breaches and practical compliance frameworks. He also has experience representing clients in civil, commercial, labour and probate litigation.

Prince brings a multidisciplinary approach to legal and regulatory matters, combining legal analysis with commercial and compliance considerations to help clients manage risk and make informed business decisions.

Caleb has experience representing clients in civil and criminal proceedings before courts at various levels, as well as advising on commercial and corporate matters, property transactions, contractual disputes and other contentious issues. His practice also includes drafting, reviewing and interpreting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing court processes and developing effective litigation strategies.

He approaches each matter with diligence, attention to detail and a clear understanding of the client's objectives. His ability to work across different areas of law enables him to provide well-rounded representation and practical legal solutions, particularly in matters requiring both litigation and advisory support.
